North Somerset Local Plan

Local Plans, guided by national planning policy, set out the use of land and develop policies and proposals for their area. The North Somerset Replacement Local Plan for the period to 2011 is in the final stages and is due for adoption in 2007. CPRE has responded at all stages to the consultations and gave evidence at the public inquiry in 2005.
